Occasionally dermal fillers do not give you the effect you were hoping for.
We often see patients that have been treated by other clinics where too much product has been used in the lines or folds, the treatment has left them with asymmetry, lumpy texture or they are just unhappy with the effect.
We understand how upsetting it can be for those who have suffered from undesirable results, fortunately, we can dissolve dermal filler with an enzyme called Hyaluronidase.
As you can see from the video, the Hyaluronidase works very quickly, with most of the effect taking place within 24 hours. You should be able to see an improvement in just a few hours after treatment.
As your safety is our priority, it is very important to have a test patch with Hyaluronidase as there is a risk of allergic reaction, especially in patients that have had a previous reaction to insect bite or stings. This can be done just half an hour prior to the full procedure to ensure there is no adverse effect or reaction.
Patients report minimal discomfort during the treatment, but it can sting a little and bruising and swelling can be evident after treatment.
