Victoria Bell
Victoria (Vic) is the founder and Clinical Director of Beyoo. With more than 15 years of nursing experience and almost a decade working in aesthetics, she brings both medical expertise and a caring, considered approach to every patient journey.
As a nurse prescriber, Vic carries out all injectable treatments at the clinic. Her ethos is centred on natural results – enhancing your features rather than changing them. She believes that aesthetic medicine should make you feel confident and look well-rested, without anyone being able to tell why. For Vic, the highest compliment a patient can receive is not, “What have you had done?” but simply, “You look well.”
Her practice combines clinical knowledge with artistry. By carefully assessing facial balance, skin health and long-term goals, Vic ensures every treatment plan feels safe, subtle and unique to the individual. She is committed to ongoing training and works closely with our supporting doctor to maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.
SKIN & LASER SPECIALIST
Carol
Carol is our highly experienced skin and laser therapist, with more than 20 years in advanced aesthetics and skin health. She has worked with a wide range of technologies and treatments throughout her career, making her one of the most knowledgeable practitioners in her field.
At Beyoo, Carol specialises in laser hair removal, microneedling, skin peels and advanced facial treatments. She is known for her calm, reassuring manner that immediately puts patients at ease. Many patients comment that she makes the treatment process feel relaxed and supportive from start to finish.
Carol’s focus is always on safety, comfort and achieving results that last. She takes time to understand your skin, explain your options clearly and guide you through every step of your treatment journey. By working closely with Vic and under medical oversight, Carol ensures each patient receives not only effective treatments but also consistent, high-quality care.

Andrea
Andrea supports the clinic behind the scenes, focusing on patient communication, marketing and overall experience. She ensures patients have access to clear, helpful information about treatments and works to keep the clinic connected with its patients at every stage of their journey.
RECEPTION & PATIENT CARE
Jane
Jane is the welcoming face of Beyoo. She manages bookings, coordinates appointments and ensures every patient feels comfortable from the moment they arrive. With her friendly manner and organised approach, Jane makes sure the clinic runs smoothly and that every visit feels calm and stress-free.
MEDICAL OVERSIGHT
Dr Nikki
Dr Nikki provides medical oversight for Beyoo Medical Aesthetics. She is currently undertaking her Level 7 qualification in aesthetic medicine at Harley Street, further expanding her expertise and commitment to clinical excellence.
With a background as an orthopaedic surgeon and a growing special interest in aesthetics, Dr Nikki brings a wealth of medical knowledge and a strong commitment to safety. Her role is to support the clinic in maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance and patient care.
As she progresses through her Level 7 training, Dr Nikki will soon be working with us on a clinical level. Her surgical experience gives her a valuable perspective on anatomy, risk management and safe practice. Her guidance ensures that every treatment protocol remains evidence-based, medically sound, and aligned with best practice in aesthetic medicine.
