Patient Terms & Conditions
BEYOO COSMETICS LTD Trading as Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser
Effective Date: 13 July 2026
Welcome to Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser. Our aim is to provide safe, professional and high-quality care to every patient. These Terms & Conditions explain our policies regarding appointments, payments, cancellations, treatments and your responsibilities as a patient.
By booking an appointment, attending the clinic or signing our consent forms, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointment Bookings
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment when you attend.
Booking fees are transferable or refundable where appointments are cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Please ensure that the personal and medical information you provide is accurate and kept up to date, as this information is used to provide safe and appropriate treatment.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment by debit card, credit card, cash and approved finance providers where applicable.
Where you choose to pay using an approved finance provider, your finance agreement is separate from your treatment agreement with Beyoo Cosmetics Ltd trading as Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser.
Any outstanding balances must be settled before further appointments can be booked or treatment provided.
3. Finance Agreements
Where treatment is funded using an approved finance provider, the finance agreement is between you and the finance provider.
You may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period in relation to your finance agreement.
Where treatment and/or products are supplied before the expiry of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, this will only take place with your agreement. You may be asked to complete additional documentation to confirm your decision to proceed before the withdrawal period has ended.
If you choose to receive treatment and/or take receipt of products before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, your treatment and any products supplied will be subject to Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser’s Patient Terms & Conditions, including our policies relating to cancellations, courses, returns and refunds.
If you subsequently choose to withdraw from your finance agreement after treatment has been carried out and/or products have been supplied, this does not automatically cancel the treatment or entitle you to a refund. Any payment obligations will be managed in accordance with your treatment agreement and the terms of your finance agreement.
Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser is not the lender and is not responsible for decisions relating to finance approval, affordability assessments or the administration of your finance agreement. Any questions regarding your finance agreement should be directed to your finance provider.
Nothing within this section affects your statutory rights.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
We understand that circumstances sometimes change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice may have their booking fee refunded (upon request) or retained as clinic credit.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the remaining treatment balance.
Same-day cancellations and failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment fee.
Where treatment forms part of a prepaid package or course, a same-day cancellation or failure to attend will normally result in that treatment session being deducted from your course.
Review appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £40 cancellation fee. Consultation appointments that are missed or cancelled within 48 hours will also incur a £40 charge.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, there may not be sufficient time to safely complete your treatment. Your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled and, where treatment cannot proceed, the cancellation policy may apply.
We appreciate that genuine emergencies can occur. Any waiver of cancellation charges is entirely at the discretion of Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser.
5. Pre-Care & Aftercare Responsibilities
Your safety is our priority. It is your responsibility to carefully follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic.
Failure to follow pre-care advice may make treatment unsafe or reduce the effectiveness of your treatment. This may include, but is not limited to, recent sun exposure or sunburn, fake tan, active skin infections, certain medications, pregnancy where applicable, recent cosmetic procedures, or failure to stop skincare products as advised.
If you attend your appointment without following the required pre-care instructions, your clinician may decide that treatment cannot safely proceed. In these circumstances, your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the relevant cancellation charges may apply. Where treatment is part of a prepaid course, the treatment session may be deducted from your course.
Following your treatment, it is important that you adhere to all aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may increase the risk of complications, delay healing and affect your treatment outcome.
6. Treatment Outcomes
All treatments performed at Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser are carried out with the highest standard of clinical care.
However, aesthetic medicine is not an exact science and individual results vary. While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, no guarantees can be given regarding the results of any treatment.
Results are influenced by many factors including age, skin quality, lifestyle, medical history, healing response and compliance with aftercare advice. Some patients may require additional treatments to achieve or maintain their desired outcome.
7. Courses and Treatment Packages
Where treatments are purchased as part of a course or package, the following terms apply:
- Courses and treatment packages are purchased for the named patient only and cannot be transferred to another individual without the prior written agreement of Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, courses should be completed within 12 months of the purchase date. This helps ensure treatment is carried out safely and effectively and reflects changes that may occur to your health, skin or treatment goals over time. In exceptional circumstances, extensions may be granted at the clinic’s discretion.
- Treatment results vary between individuals and the number of sessions required may differ from the original estimate. Purchasing a course does not guarantee a particular clinical outcome.
- If you cancel a prepaid treatment session with less than 48 hours’ notice, fail to attend your appointment or attend without following the required pre-care instructions, the cancellation policy may apply and the treatment session may be deducted from your course.
- Courses and packages are intended to provide a discounted price when multiple treatments are purchased together. Where a refund is agreed, treatments already received will be charged at the standard individual treatment price in force at the time they were provided, and any refund will be adjusted accordingly.
- If, during your course of treatment, your clinician determines that further treatment is no longer clinically appropriate or safe, any remaining unused treatments may, at the clinic’s discretion, be exchanged for an alternative suitable treatment or refunded where appropriate.
- Courses and treatment packages cannot be shared, exchanged for cash or transferred to another treatment unless agreed by the clinic.
8. Returns and Refunds
If you have any concerns regarding treatment or products supplied by Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and assist you.
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, treatments that have been fully or partially carried out cannot be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind.
Once injectable treatments, laser treatments, skin treatments or other clinical procedures have been performed, they are considered to have been supplied and cannot be returned.
Prescription-only medicines (POMs), compounded products and individually prescribed skincare cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged once they have been prescribed, dispensed or supplied, except where required by law.
For hygiene and patient safety reasons, opened, used or damaged skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or your statutory rights require otherwise.
If you believe you have experienced an adverse reaction to a product supplied by the clinic, please notify us as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide photographs and complete a Product Reaction Form to enable us to investigate the matter with the manufacturer where appropriate.
Refunds, replacements or other appropriate remedies will be considered on a case-by-case basis following investigation and in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation.
Where treatment or products have been purchased using an approved finance provider, any refund, cancellation or adjustment will be managed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the relevant finance agreement.
Refunds will not normally be offered where dissatisfaction relates to:
- Expected treatment limitations or the natural variability of treatment outcomes.
- Individual healing responses or biological variation.
- Unrealistic expectations or dissatisfaction where treatment has been carried out appropriately.
- Failure to follow the clinic’s pre-care or aftercare instructions.
- Previous treatments carried out by another practitioner or clinic.
- No clinical error, product defect or breach of duty being identified following investigation.
Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer legislation.
9. Clinical Photography
Clinical photographs are an essential part of your medical record.
Photographs are routinely taken before treatment and, where clinically appropriate, immediately after treatment and during review appointments to assess your suitability for treatment, plan procedures, monitor healing and accurately document your clinical outcome.
Your photographs are stored securely as part of your confidential medical record.
Clinical photographs will never be used for education, marketing, social media, our website or any other promotional purpose without your separate written consent.
Where clinical photographs are considered necessary for safe treatment and you decline photography, Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser reserves the right not to proceed with treatment.
10. Heidi AI Clinical Documentation
To assist with accurate and efficient clinical documentation, your clinician may use Heidi, a secure AI-assisted clinical documentation platform.
Heidi assists only with producing consultation notes. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of your clinician, and every clinical record is reviewed and approved before being added to your medical record.
If you would prefer Heidi not to be used during your consultation, please let your clinician know. Your consultation will continue using traditional manual note-taking.
11. CCTV
For the safety and security of our patients, visitors, staff and clinic premises, CCTV operates throughout the clinic.
Recordings are stored securely, treated as confidential and processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation. CCTV footage is used solely for security, safety and crime prevention purposes and is never used for advertising, marketing or public display.
12. Chaperones
Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser is committed to maintaining your dignity, privacy and comfort.
You may request a chaperone for any consultation or treatment. Your clinician may also request that a chaperone is present where this is considered appropriate for your safety or the safety of our staff.
13. Patients Under 18
Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser does not provide elective aesthetic treatments to patients under the age of 18 years.
Where medically appropriate treatments are provided to patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and attend the appointment where required.
14. Right to Refuse Treatment
Beyoo Cosmetics Ltd trading as Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser reserves the right to refuse, postpone or discontinue treatment where it is considered that treatment is not clinically appropriate, is unlikely to achieve a safe or satisfactory outcome, where informed consent cannot be obtained, where abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs, or where there are concerns regarding patient safety.
15. Patient Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete medical information.
- Informing the clinic of any changes to their health, medication or pregnancy status.
- Following all pre-care and aftercare advice.
- Attending review appointments where requested.
- Raising any concerns promptly so they can be assessed appropriately.
- Treating staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may affect treatment suitability or outcomes.
16. Patient Consent
By booking an appointment and receiving treatment at Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, Skin and Laser, I confirm that:

- I consent to Beyoo Cosmetics Ltd collecting, processing and securely storing my personal and medical information for the purposes of my care, treatment, legal record keeping and regulatory compliance in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

- Where I choose to use a finance provider, I understand that the finance agreement is separate from my treatment agreement with Beyoo Cosmetics Ltd.
- I authorise Beyoo Cosmetics Ltd to process payments in accordance with these Terms & Conditions where cancellation, non-attendance or other agreed charges apply.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable UK legislation.
