Our goal at Beyoo is to provide quality treatments to all our patients in a timely manner. No-
shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only the clinic, but our other
patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding cancelled, rescheduled or missed
appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer
available to our other patients. This means that our terms and conditions with regards to
rescheduling, cancelling or no shows need to be very thorough.
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment. In order to do this in the most efficient way, please visit beyoo.co.uk to
reschedule your appointment. Alternatively, please contact Beyoo on 01524 907014 as soon
as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
We appreciate your commitment to your scheduled appointment with Beyoo Aesthetics.
Booking an appointment with Beyoo Aesthetics, I acknowledge and agree to the following
cancellation policy terms, which are legally binding:
1. Booking Fee: I understand that a non-refundable booking fee of £40 (minimum –
depending on appointment length) is required at the time of making a reservation to secure
my appointment.
All booking fees are redeemable on purchases over £100 made within 6 months of booking.
2. If you need to cancel your appointment: If cancellation is necessary, we require that
you cancel at least 72 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your
advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

If you wish to cancel within 72 hours of your appointment then please contact us as soon as
possible. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call
or reply as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel the appointment in advance of the 72-hour minimum, please cancel on
Ovatu and email hello@beyoo.co.uk to request a refund of your booking fee if required. This
can take up to 7 days to be processed and arrive back in your bank. If you do not request a
refund the booking fee will remain on your account.
3. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a charge
of 50% of the remaining balance.
I understand and agree that cancellations on the day of the appointment will require 100% of
the remaining balance.
For consultations and review appointments the cancellation fee will be £40.
4. Rescheduling: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
If you wish to reschedule within 72 hours you will forfeit your original booking fee and be
required to pay a new non-refundable booking fee.
You may reschedule an appointment over 72 hours away via the booking system on Ovatu
or contact us directly.
5. No-shows: A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In this
case, we will charge the you 100% of the missed appointment fee.
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment, the entire treatment amount is due, and as part
of these terms and conditions you agree that the payment will be processed accordingly.
6. Late Arrival: I acknowledge the importance of punctuality, and I understand that being 10
minutes late may result in the loss of my appointment due to the tight schedule.

7. Review Appointments: If you are booked for a review appointment then the cancellation
charge will be £40 if cancelled within 72 hours. If your review appointment was for an anti-
wrinkle treatment an alternative date will only be offer if the original treatment was less than
4 weeks ago.
8. New Consultation Appointments: For a consultation appointment, a no show or late
cancellation will result in a £40 charge.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain
efficient scheduling and service quality for all our patients.
In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss
your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
