I’ve been coming to the clinic for over 6 years now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! All of the staff are absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming and professional.
Over the years I’ve had lots of different treatments with Victoria and Carol, and I’ve always been really happy with the results and the care I’ve received.
More recently, I’ve been having laser treatments with Carol to help with redness, and she has been absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable, reassuring and takes the time to explain everything throughout the treatment. I’m already really pleased with the results!

I had my first appointment with Carol who explained the full procedure for laser hair removal. She answered all of my questions before the session. The procedure was painless and I was given aftercare advice.
I am looking forward to my next procedure, knowing that the treatment will greatly improve my confidence in achieving a hair free face and a plan to keep on top of it with hair laser removal.
