Beyoo Medical Aesthetics – Terms & Conditions

Our goal at Beyoo is to provide quality treatments to all our patients in a timely manner. No‑shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only the clinic, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, course purchases, course redemption, and communication permissions.

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. This means our terms and conditions regarding rescheduling, cancelling, or no‑shows need to be very thorough.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please visit beyoo.co.uk or contact Beyoo on 01524 907014 as soon as possible. You may leave a voicemail if required.

1. Booking fee

A non-refundable booking fee of £40 (minimum) is required to secure all appointments. This may vary depending on appointment length.

All booking fees are redeemable on purchases over £100 made within 6 months of booking.

2. Cancelling your appointment

If cancellation is necessary, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.

To cancel:

  • Cancel via our online booking system at beyoo.co.uk.
  • If cancelling within 48 hours, please call us. If necessary, you may leave a voicemail.

If cancelling more than 48 hours in advance and you require a refund of your booking fee, please email [email protected]. Refunds may take up to 7 days. If no refund request is made, your booking fee will remain on your account.

3. Cancellation fees

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
  • Cancellations on the day will be charged at 100% of the remaining balance.
  • Consultation and review appointment cancellations: £40 fee.

4. Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your booking fee, and a new fee will be required.
  • You may reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment via our booking system or by contacting us.

5. No-Shows

A no‑show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling.

  • No‑shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
  • No‑shows for consultations or reviews incur a £40 fee.

6. Late arrival

Being 10 minutes late may result in loss of your appointment due to our schedule.
If running late, please call 01524 907014 (option 2).

7. Review appointments

  • Cancellations within 48 hours incur a £40 charge.
  • Anti‑wrinkle review appointments can only be rebooked if the original treatment was completed within the last 4 weeks.

8. New consultation appointments

A no‑show or late cancellation for a consultation will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee (minimum £40).

9. Return & refunds (Products)

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds on used or opened products unless faulty.
  • Faulty or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days.
  • Products returned without authorisation or outside the return window will not be accepted.

 

Product Use and Liability

  • Products must be used as directed by the manufacturer and your practitioner.
  • We are not liable for adverse reactions caused by misuse.
  • Products are for personal use only and not for resale unless authorised.

 

Medical Skincare & Prescription Products

  • Some skincare items require a consultation before purchase.
  • We may withhold supply if a product is deemed unsuitable.
  • Prescription-only products will only be dispensed following a medical assessment.

10. Course purchases - Terms & Conditions

When purchasing a treatment course (e.g., courses of laser, skin treatments, injectables planning packages), you agree to the following:

Payment & Validity

  • All course purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed.
  • Courses are non‑refundable.
  • Courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Any sessions not used within the validity period will be forfeited.

 

Transferability

  • Courses are non-transferable between clients.
  • Courses cannot be exchanged for other treatments unless exceptional circumstances apply and management approves.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows (Course Sessions)

  • The usual cancellation policy applies to all course sessions.
  • Missed or late‑cancelled sessions will be deducted from your course.

11. Course redemption - Terms & Conditions

Booking Sessions

  • Course sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system or by contacting the clinic.
  • You are responsible for attending all sessions within the course validity period.

Treatment Suitability

  • If at any point a treatment becomes unsuitable due to a change in your medical history or medication, we may adapt your treatment plan where possible.
  • If no suitable alternatives exist, remaining sessions may be converted into credit for approved skincare products or services at management discretion.

Upgrades & Additional Areas

  • You may upgrade individual sessions by paying the price difference.
  • Additional treatment areas can be added at the current pricing.

12. Communication & GDPR Consent (Lead Forms & Enquiries)

By submitting an enquiry, completing a lead form, or booking an appointment with Beyoo Medical Aesthetics, you consent to the following:

How We Contact You

  • We may contact you via email, SMS, or phone regarding your enquiry, appointment, treatment plan, product order, or follow-up care.
  • You may also receive essential reminders, pre‑treatment instructions, aftercare, and safety information.

 

Marketing Consent

  • If you opt-in to marketing, you may receive updates, offers, and clinic news.
  • You may unsubscribe at any time.

 

Data Handling

  • Your personal data is stored securely and handled according to GDPR and UK Data Protection Law.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required for medical or operational purposes (e.g., pharmacy dispensing or booking notifications).

 

Withdrawal of Consent

You may request deletion or restriction of your personal data in line with legal and medical record‑keeping requirements.

13. Delivery & returns

All orders that are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For will require a signature on delivery.

Prescription Medicines

We cannot allow prescription medicines to be returned for a refund once they have been dispatched by the pharmacy.

If you have unwanted prescription products, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.

Non-Prescription Goods

If after receiving your goods, you decide that you no longer wish to use them, then you will have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are returned to us undamaged and unopened. We will refund you upon receipt of the returned goods minus any postage cost. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to place the order. We reserve the right to charge you for any postage and packaging costs incurred. Please include a note in the box stating your name, order number, contact details and your reason for returning the product, to the address below;

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account. Returns postage cost is covered by the patient.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Incorrect Item Delivered

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Refused & Undeliverable Orders

All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present, failure to collect, will be refunded minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the order out to you.
